Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
Welcome to the compute and large-model API services provided by DeepCompute (deepbilling.com). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and DeepCompute regarding your use of the Service. Please read them carefully. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
1. Acceptance and Service Description
By registering an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
We provide elastic compute, aggregated Token / large-model APIs and related enterprise services; actual features are as offered in the console.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide true, accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and API keys and for all activity under your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful or infringing activity, including but not limited to: infringing others’ intellectual property or privacy; generating or distributing illegal, violent, fraudulent or malicious content; attacking, disrupting or attempting unauthorized access to the Service or others’ systems; or circumventing quotas or abusing the API.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate the Service for violations of this policy.
4. API Use and Quotas
You must call the APIs within the quotas, rate limits and documentation we provide.
To keep the overall Service stable, we may impose or adjust limits on call frequency, concurrency or usage.
5. Fees, Billing and Refunds
The Service is primarily pay-as-you-go, using prepaid top-ups with real-time balance deduction; prices are as published in the console.
Except as required by law or otherwise agreed by us in writing, fees already consumed are non-refundable; refunds of remaining balance follow the rules stated on the relevant pages.
6. Intellectual Property
Trademarks, logos, software and content related to the website and Service are owned by DeepCompute or the respective rights holders.
You are solely responsible for the content you input and generate through the Service and must ensure you hold the necessary rights.
7. Changes, Suspension and Termination
We may change, suspend or terminate all or part of the Service due to business, maintenance, security or legal reasons, and will give prior notice where practicable.
We may suspend or terminate the Service if you breach these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for your particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid for the relevant period.
9. Governing Law, Changes and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China; disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, failing which by a competent people’s court.
We may revise these Terms from time to time and will notify material changes appropriately; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
